Hu Haifeng, Party secretary of Lishui, together with Zhu Shiqiang, director of Zhejiang Lab and Wang Tao, Party committee secretary of Yangtze Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University in Zhejiang, signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Beijing March 11.

Yangtze Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University, based in Jiaxing, is a research institute jointly founded by Zhejiang provincial government and Tsinghua University. Relying on the university's science, technology and talents, the institute carries out scientific and technological innovation and high-tech industrialization, making contributions to the development of the Yangtze River Delta region.
