One of the cooperation focuses is to support the construction of innovation platforms. Based on the advantages of scientific and technical innovation resources, Zhejiang Lab and the Yangtze Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University will help Lishui attract global innovation resources.

Accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the integration of technology and industry is another emphasis. The two institutes will incorporate Lishui into the scientific research ecosystem. Appropriate pilot and demonstration sites of major national projects will be preferentially constructed in Lishui.

Strengthening cooperation and exchange of talents is also an important part of the strategy. The two institutes will help Lishui to introduce urgently needed professionals and top talents and encourage them to play a role in the fields of technology research, development and transformation, and industrial innovation.
