Tea-leaf fryers compete in Shengzhou

A total of 37 competitors from Zhejiang's Longjing tea plantations vie for honors at a tea-leaf frying competition in Shengzhou, Zhejiang province on March 21.
The contest, hosted by the Zhejiang Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, was designed to promote tea-leaf frying skills and encourage fryers to polish theirs.
A group of international guests were part of the audience and tried their hands at stir-frying tea leaves during the Longjing tea skill contest.
