During the second half of 2020, the Smart Industry Park and the Quzhou Experimental School of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China projects have been launched.

The total land area of each phase of the projects has reached 73 hectares, with total investment of about 9.2 billion yuan ($1.4 billion).

Currently, Phase I of the project has completed 18 percent of the work. The main structure of the fourth floor of the building has been completed, and the main structure is expected to be completed in December.

In addition, Phase ll of the project – including the project at the Polytechnic Institute at Zhejiang University (ZJU)-Quzhou and the Institute of Zhejiang University-Quzhou – has completed about 61 percent of the pile foundations. It is expected that all pile foundations will be completed in December, and the casting of the basement floor and roof will then be carried out.
