Lishui Airport has served over 100,000 passengers since its launch on July 18, reaching this milestone in just over four months. This marks significant progress for the city's transportation infrastructure.

The airport has rapidly expanded its network to 11 destinations, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. A new route to Xi'an will be added on Dec 6. This connectivity offers convenient travel options for residents and overseas Lishui natives.

During the recent autumn holiday from Nov 19 to 23, the airport handled 74 flights and served 8,672 passengers. The first day of the break set a daily record with 2,134 passengers.

To enhance accessibility, a comprehensive ground transport network has been established. It includes a direct K3 bus line from downtown, shuttle buses connecting the high-speed rail station, and intercounty coaches from nearby counties, improving commute convenience for travelers.

The airport has also introduced popular personalized services. For transit flights via Shanghai Pudong and Guangzhou, it offers through check-in and baggage check-through to the final destination.

A similar service for transit flights at Beijing Capital International Airport will be launched soon, further streamlining the travel experience.
