Over 20 heads of local enterprises and studios became the first to trial the AIGC platform for Longquan celadon during a training session at China Academy of Art's Longquan Research Institute, with this historic craft embracing artificial intelligence to explore a new path for digital transformation.

Zhou Yitong, a participant, said that the platform significantly improves creative efficiency. By entering keywords or sketching simple outlines, the system quickly generates multiple design renderings, streamlining what was once a lengthy revision process.

The platform also integrates the entire process from concept to a physical object, converting 2D renderings into 3D models, which are then produced as samples using a ceramic 3D printer.

The technical team has completed full-process validation for various vessel types, from AI design to rapid printing, achieving printing precision of 0.3 to 0.4 millimeters. This foundation paves the way for subsequent firing experiments, enabling ideas to become tangible within days.
