China's foreign trade up 16.9% in the first half of 2026

China's foreign trade in goods rose 16.9 percent year-on-year in the first half of 2026 to 25.47 trillion yuan ($3.75 trillion), according to the General Administration of Customs on Tuesday.
In June alone, the country's goods imports and exports totaled 4.78 trillion yuan, up 24.2 percent from a year earlier.
