The September tourism event at the Yunhe Rice Terraces Scenic Area in Lishui, Zhejiang province, has attracted huge crowds, setting a new non-holiday visit record and boosting the autumn cultural tourism market.

Tour groups totaling tens of thousands of visitors filled the scenic area with lively scenes. The terraces and flowing crowds created a vibrant autumn view.

The event offered an immersive autumn route linking the terraces' core landscapes. Visitors walked across the layered fields, looked out at rolling mountains, and enjoyed waves of rice paddies, experiencing southern Zhejiang's unique fall scenery.

Elements of She ethnic culture added even more appeal. A traditional She ethnic wedding performance presented ancient customs, costumes, and ceremonies, drawing large crowds and much applause. A local banquet offered warm hospitality. Visitors sat together to enjoy the food, wine etiquette, and dining culture, fully experiencing the charm of Yunhe rice terraces.

Moving beyond simple sightseeing, Yunhe rice terraces now offer an immersive experience shaped by natural beauty, She traditions and local flavors. By hosting special events and focusing on quality experiences, the site continues to break seasonal limits and activate tourism vitality.
