Given the rise of sporadic COVID-19 cases and cluster infections in the different regions of China, people are required to register their information online before coming to Zhoushan, Zhejiang province, according to a notice released by local authority on Jan 16.

People from provinces with locally transmitted cases are required to test negative for the virus within 48 hours before their departure from their respective cities.
