A Spring Festival event on Feb 7 in Dinghai district, Zhoushan, East China's Zhejiang province, invited international students from Zhejiang Ocean University to immerse themselves in Chinese traditions.

More than 10 students joined local residents, including delivery workers, sanitation workers, and volunteers, to participate in activities such as writing Spring Festival couplets, making traditional paper cuttings, and preparing dumplings.

The event offered participants a hands-on experience of China's rich cultural heritage, allowing them to explore the holiday's charm and significance.
