The 2026 Can Festival post-rock music festival concluded on April 19 on Zhujiajian Island, Zhoushan, East China's Zhejiang province.

This year's festival marked the return of the Can Festival brand to Zhujiajian. Since its debut in 2024, the event has gained popularity for its unique post-rock focus and international lineup. This year, the festival brought together 26 high-caliber post-rock bands from 12 countries and regions.

The opening night on April 17 featured performances by eight bands including Blue Foundation, Covet, and Fayzz, captivating the audience with powerful melodies against a starry backdrop.

In addition to the music, the festival boosted the regional economy. Food stalls offered everything from signature dishes by well-known restaurants to local specialty products. A creative market featured handmade items and art installations that attracted festival-goers.

A highlight for many attendees was the "Zhujiajian Customized Services" — which saw many seafood restaurants extend their hours and offer discounts for festival-goers. After the shows, a free shuttle bus took attendees to nearby eateries for a late-night meal, rounding out the festival experience.
