The three-day Dinghai Ancient Town Banquet and Beer Festival in Dinghai district, Zhoushan, East China's Zhejiang province, concluded on July 19, offering food, performances, and trendy experiences to create a unique summer nighttime event for residents and visitors.

Held across multiple locations, including Dinghai Ancient Town, Furongzhou Lu, and Dong Dajie, the festival transformed the city's night scene into a lively celebration rich in local flavors and cultural charm.

In the ancient town, comedy shows at the Xu Family Residence attracted many young visitors, while tumbler performances created lively interaction between performers and tourists.

On July 17, a special local cuisine banquet showcased Dinghai's rich food culture. Local restaurants served dishes made with geographical indication products, while award-winning community chefs prepared traditional seafood and agricultural specialties, highlighting the island region's distinctive flavors.

The festival also featured the "Chao Yeah Yancang" 2026 Yancang Night Market, which brought together more than 20 specialty stalls and food trucks. Other activities, including Ma'ao's pet carnival and Shuangqiao's summer leisure festival, added variety to the citywide celebration.
