Zhejiang Jingning Xiaoyue Industry and Trade in Lishui, Zhejiang province, is running production lines at full capacity, with nonstick pans bound for Europe, South America, the Middle East, and other markets.
According to Xu Hongxin, the company's chairman, orders are booked through April or May next year, and existing equipment is already saturated.
The company focuses on high-end nonstick pans, with 98 percent of its products exported. Its monthly capacity is 500,000 to 600,000 pans. First-quarter output value reached about 12.6 million yuan ($1.88 million), and full-year output is expected to exceed 80 million yuan.
The company focuses on two cookware series: one made by drawing, including frying pans, milk pans, and soup pots; the other is "simulated die-cast pans" extruded with high-pressure equipment. The latter has helped the company rank among industry leaders.
As an exporter, the company uses coatings that meet European standards and holds multiple international certifications. Continuous investment in independent innovation has helped it stay competitive.
Next year, Xiaoyue plans to invest about 6 million yuan in automation and add nearly 100 employees, with output value expected to exceed 200 million yuan.
