The Zhejiang deputies to the 13th National People's Congress returned on March 20 after completing the agenda of this year's session.

Over the past two weeks, deputies performed their duties well by learning the leading group's speeches, reviewing the Government Work Report from the State Council, holding discussions on the draft resolutions, and submitting motions and suggestions.

The Zhejiang delegation submitted a total of 23 motions and 375 suggestions.

2018 marks the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening-up. It also plays a vital linkage role in the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-2020).

NPC deputies said they will promote the thoughts of the session to grassroots units and inspire the public to commit themselves for the new era.
