Young coconuts are harvested before full maturity and has a green shell, sweet juice rich in minerals and vitamins, and tender meat with a creamy flavor. It is widely used in desserts and soups. Compared with mature coconuts, young coconuts have a shorter growth cycle and softer flesh. The imported batch was noted for its full size, abundant juice, and low-calorie profile, making it a popular healthy option.
