Four Taizhou restaurants honored with Black Pearl Diamond awards

Print PrintFour Taizhou restaurants — Xin Rong Ji (Linghu Lake), Xin Rong Ji (Zhongxin Dadao), Carved Dragons (Tengda Center), and Laobian Restaurant — were once again honored with Diamond-level awards in the 2026 Black Pearl Restaurant Guide, which was released in Quanzhou, Fujian province, on Jan 27.
The Black Pearl Restaurant Guide, launched by Meituan in collaboration with culinary experts, food critics, and researchers, has grown in influence since its debut in 2018.
Xin Rong Ji continues its success with its flagship restaurant at Linghu Lake, known for its top-quality East China seafood. Signature dishes such as braised yellow croaker and golden crispy fish have become customer favorites, while the Zhongxin Dadao branch blends local Taizhou flavors with the essence of Rong Family Cuisine.

Carved Dragons (Tengda Center), established in 1999, has embraced fresh ingredients and innovative cooking methods to create dishes that are both visually appealing and flavorful.
