Fifty international students from Taizhou University gathered in Jiaojiang district, East China's Zhejiang province, on March 21 for the "Chase the Wind at Xinhai" Festival, experiencing the city's spring culture through a day of shopping, eating, and playing.

The students were thrilled by the festival's stalls, delicious local snacks, and lively atmosphere, as well as showcases of the city's distinctive industries and creative cultural performances.

A highlight of the festival was the kite-flying session, where students painted their kites with Chinese characters and symbols to express their good wishes and fondness for China.
