The first phase of the Longyouhu Smart Industrial Park, located in Longyou county, Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, is nearing completion and is set to open in September.

The construction of the first phase is in its final stages, with 80 percent of the interior finishing and landscaping now completed. The overall project is approximately 90 percent complete and is expected to be inspected in August, ready for use in September.

The Zhejiang Construction Technician College's Longyou campus, located in the park, will officially open in September. This institution aims to provide a steady stream of highly skilled talent to support the industrial development of Longyou.

Once operational, the Longyouhu Smart Industrial Park will leverage the talent, technology, and academic strengths of the Zhejiang University of Technology and the Zhejiang Construction Technician College.

The park will focus on ecological industrial research, supporting the transformation and upgrading of industries such as carbon-based and paper-based new materials and precision computer numerical control technology.
