Quzhou to stage Tri-Factor World Championship in October
The Quzhou municipal government held a news conference on Sept 17 to announce details of the upcoming triathlon spectacular, the Tri-Factor World Championship Quzhou China 2025.
Combined with the Zhejiang Triathlon League 2025, it will take place on Oct 18 and 19 in Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province.
The Tri-Factor Triathlon, a headline Southeast Asian sporting event, was previously held in Quzhou in 2018 and 2019.
This year, it is welcoming international and national triathlon enthusiasts, with over 20 elite global athletes participating in the competition that will elevate the event's professional standards and global appeal.
Besides the elite category, a family fun run and other public categories will also be offered, encouraging participation from citizens and families — promoting inclusivity across different nationalities, ages, and athletic abilities.

Alongside the race, a triathlon-themed carnival will include a triathlon-themed market, virtual cycling competitions, themed photo exhibitions, and more.
Registration for the Tri-Factor World Championship Quzhou China 2025 and the Zhejiang Triathlon League 2025 is now open.
