Wang Guowei
Wang Guowei was born in 1877 during the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) in Haining, Jiaxing, in East China's Zhejiang province.
Wang Guowei made outstanding contributions to philosophy, psychology, aesthetics, poetry and the study of traditional operas, among other things.
In addition, he is one of the founders of the study of ancient inscriptions on bones and tortoise shells and of Dunhuang study.
He wrote 62 works in total.
