Wang Quchang

Wang Quchang (1900-1989), a Jiaxing native renowned for his calligraphy skills, was a teacher at Fudan University, the High School Affiliated to Guanghua University, and Daxia University, both of which are now known as East China Normal University.
During China's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Wang created a large collection of patriotic poems. Following the war, he taught at Ji'nan University and Fudan University.
