Zhu Yizun
Zhu Yizun, who was born in Jiaxing in 1629, was an expert and scholar in the study of antiquity, poetry and history. Zhu was the inaugurator of the Zhexi (western Zhejiang province) school of ci (a traditional Chinese poetry form).
During Zhu Yizun's lifetime, he completed over 500 ci poems and was dubbed one of the "three major ci poets of the early Qing Dynasty (1644-1911)".
