Jiaxing to host Chinese Community Football Super League final
The 2026 China Community Football Super League will bring its national final, a key event in the country's grassroots soccer scene, to Jiaxing in East China's Zhejiang province this October.
The league features two categories: the Passion Group (ages 18 to 40) and the Vitality Group (ages 41 to 60). The league is designed to be inclusive, catering to residents, students, and employees to create a shared soccer experience across different demographics.
The league has gained significant popularity since last year, as the Hangzhou qualifier alone featured 48 teams and 1,526 participants across 96 matches. The Shanghai and Dalian qualifiers also attracted large crowds and showcased the league's growing reach. Overall, more than 300 teams and 4,800 participants have already engaged in this year's regional qualifiers.
With its rich cultural background and strong sporting foundation, Jiaxing is well-equipped to host the final. The city, located in the heart of the Yangtze River Delta region, has over 16,000 registered enthusiasts, fostering a strong soccer culture.
The 64 finalist teams will gather in Jiaxing at the Grand Canal Sports and Cultural Park in Xiuzhou district, a venue that previously hosted the Jiaxing City Football Championship League.
