Shaoxing learning event encourages youth in new era

An event promoting youth learning in the new era took place in Keqiao district, Shaoxing, Zhejiang province on Nov 1.

The event centered its discussions around the significance of youth learning theory, the key areas of focus in youth theoretical studies, effective methods of youth theoretical learning, and the branding of youth theoretical studies.

The event emphasized that contemporary youth should draw inspiration from new ideologies, adhere to a commitment to truth, enhance their thinking abilities, maintain a problem-oriented approach, and prioritize investigative research.

Fifteen experts, scholars, young talents, and representatives from various sectors participated in the event, sharing their experiences of struggle, personal growth, and insights gained through learning, followed by interactive interviews.

Fany Yiting, a female rower who recently secured gold medals in the women's dragon boat 200 meters, 500 meters, and 1000 meters events at the Hangzhou Asian Games with her teammates, shared her opinions.

"As an athlete, I've realized that to conquer opponents, one must first conquer oneself. We must maintain an unwavering belief in victory, which doesn't mean avoiding failure, but constantly moving forward to unleash our limitless potential," she said.

Regarding the concept of "youth taking responsibility," Peng Qinglin, a heroic food delivery rider known for his acts of bravery in Hangzhou, stated that the younger generation must continually acquire knowledge from various fields to enhance their overall skills. By doing so, they can undertake tasks within their capabilities and inspire more people through their actions.
