Zhejiang Noah Fluorochemical Co, a high-tech enterprise based in Shaoxing, is gaining global attention for its breakthroughs in semiconductor materials and liquid cooling technologies.
Founded in 2015, Zhejiang Noah specializes in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of fluorine-based electronic chemicals. It has drafted two national standards and led multiple industry benchmarks.
With nearly 60 invention patents, its products serve major sectors including semiconductors, integrated circuits, data centers, energy storage, new energy vehicles, and defense. In 2024, overseas markets accounted for over 50 percent of its sales.
At SEMICON Southeast Asia, Noah unveiled its self-developed range of electronic-grade fluorinated coolants and cleaning agents. As a national-level "little giant" enterprise specializing in niche technologies, the company drew interest from experts at major global firms such as TSMC and Samsung.
Meanwhile, at COMPUTEX, its partner Eugene released an immersion cooling solution featuring Noah's exclusive Noah2000 phase-change coolant. The system demonstrated a power usage effectiveness below 1.05 and single-cabinet heat dissipation exceeding 100 kilowatts — meeting the cooling demands of NVIDIA's next-generation AI servers.
Noah's live demonstration of a two-phase immersion cooling setup attracted in-depth discussions with leading ODMs such as Wistron.
According to International Data Corporation, the global liquid cooling market is projected to reach $12 billion by 2027. Noah plans to establish overseas R&D and application centers to support the global digital economy through Chinese innovation.
