Independently developed "high bending-resistant and seismic-resistant, ultra-high voltage composite insulators" by Zhejiang Golden Phoenix Power Technology Co (Golden Phoenix) from Shaoxing’s Shangyu district stood out among 1,000 inventions from more than 40 countries and regions, winning the Gold Award at the 50th International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva. This achievement signifies international recognition of China's technology in equipment manufacturing, and also reflects Shangyu district's strong support for enterprise innovation.

The International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva is one of the world's three major invention exhibitions, renowned for its rigorous evaluation standards. The award-winning product's innovation lies in its globally pioneering continuous pultrusion forming technology for large-diameter rods, with the company being the only entity worldwide to master this technique.

Its automated production line manufactures ultra-large rods without secondary-molding interfaces, addressing issues such as cracking and moisture sensitivity in traditional products. These also boast exceptional mechanical performance and have been validated to withstand seismic intensity levels of up to 8 degrees.

The product has already been utilized in several major domestic power transmission projects and exported to countries such as Brazil, Saudi Arabia, and Sweden. Golden Phoenix owns its intelligent production lines and is developing next-generation smart insulators.
