KPRO, KFC's healthy light-meal brand, opened its 100th restaurant in Zhejiang province on Oct 28, in Shaoxing's Yuecheng district. The new outlet, themed "Jiangnan Life in Shaoxing", incorporates elements of the city's landscapes and calligraphy culture, offering diners an immersive taste of Jiangnan lifestyle aesthetics.
"I ordered a grain energy bowl — refreshing and delicious, and the environment is very comfortable," said a tourist surnamed Wu, who was drawn in by the window decorations. After scanning a QR code at his table, he also accessed a travel guide from Shaoxing's culture and tourism accounts, learning about local attractions while dining. "This experience is quite novel."
KPRO focuses on food safety and balanced nutrition, with continuous menu innovation. Since its first Shaoxing store opened in April, the brand has attracted a large local following. KPRO restaurants now span shopping malls, airports, high-speed rail stations, and university campuses across Zhejiang.
