Zhoushan, a city in East China's Zhejiang province, has been making efforts to pursue "green development" and improve the city landscape over the past few years.

In recent years, Zhoushan has been putting particular focus on the development of networks and other basic infrastructure, which the city has long been lacking in.

It finished construction on five cross-sea bridges last year, and construction on the Zhoushan-Daishan Bridge is making steady progress.

As transportation infrastructure in the city improves, more and more people are choosing to travel there. Sun Valley is one of the city's most popular scenic spots and has seen a surge in visitors over the past few years.

In recent years, the scenic area has made significant progress in improving its basic infrastructure, landscaping, and management.

In addition, along the 50-kilometer Binhai Road, the city has built more than 10 parks allowing visitors to walk along the coast.

According to plans released by the local government, Zhoushan will spend 5.5 billion yuan ($779 million) renovating old residential buildings, building green lanes, and improving the landscape along its coastline.
