The Qingyuan oilseed rape pot is a characteristic dish of Qingyuan county, also administered by Lishui. The cooking method is easy. Just throw in all the ingredients, including the oilseed rape produced in Qingyuan -- bean curd, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and streaky pork -- into a pot and then leave to stew.

The snails in the dish come from the paddy fields of the Mieyuan terraces in Yunhe county, Lishui. The  snails there feed on rice and straw, which gave them thin shells and particularly tender meat. The high-quality ingredients make this dish memorable.
