Steph DeMarsh, who also goes by the nickname LOKO, is a Canadian graphic designer and entrepreneur who has been living in Ningbo for 10 years with his Chinese wife and child. The man has become somewhat of an internet celebrity after clips of him speaking in the Ningbo dialect went viral on social media. He says that the city's kindness is what convinced him to build a family and a career in Ningbo.
