Jose Luis, 21, is a Costa Rican student currently studying at the Zhejiang University in Hangzhou.

He loves to record his life and share it online, and this time he has turned his lens toward Chun'an, a picturesque county governed by Hangzhou and boasting Qiandao Lake and over 1,000 islets. 

In his video, Luis said he was inspired by the vibrant cycling culture in Chun'an, as the county will host six types of cycling competitions and give out a total of 25 gold medals during the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022.

He met groups of professional cyclists, visited villages where cycling is a part of daily life, and talked with officials who have bene devoted to developing the local cycling industry in recent years.
