The athletes' village in the Jinhua Division of the Hangzhou Asian Games is located in the south of the Duohu Central Business District.

It is a hotel for both leisure and business, featuring a Jiangnan garden style and local cultural characteristics and built by the city's Urban Investment Group.

With total investment of about 1.26 billion yuan ($192.23 million), it covers an area of 167,000 square meters and a construction area of 95,000 square meters.

The athletes' sub-village in Jinhua is made up of five main areas including athletes' meeting rooms, guest rooms, public area, guest rooms for team officials and a basement area.

The hotel can be used for conferences, banquets, accommodation, catering, sports, and exhibitions.
