A total of 733 delegates will attend the 15th CPC Zhejiang Provincial Congress, which is scheduled to be held in late June, according to provincial authorities.

Among the delegates, 259 are frontline workers, accounting for 35.33 percent of the total attendees. There will be 261 women delegates, of whom 14 are from ethnic minority groups. Of the 733 delegates, 718 have received at least a college education, and 395 of them are under the age of 50.

Compared with the 14th CPC Zhejiang Provincial Congress held in 2017, the composition of the elected delegates of the upcoming 15th session is more balanced. Notably, there is an increase in the number of female delegates, those aged under 50, and those who have received a postgraduate education.

According to statistics, 245,500 grassroots Party organizations and 4,260,300 Party members in the province participated in the nomination and election of delegates.
