A chartered plane carrying 120 migrant workers from Bazhong city in Southwest China's Sichuan province landed at Yiwu Airport in Jinhua, East China's Zhejiang province, on Jan 31. Chartered buses them sent them to their companies.

The is the first flight targeted at bringing back migrant workers to Yiwu after the week-long Spring Festival holiday since the launch of a workforce cooperation program between Zhejiang and Sichuan provinces earlier this year.

Wu Weibin, director of the Zhejiang Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department, welcomed all workers to Zhejiang and expects closer cooperation between Bazhong and Jinhua in labor services.

He also vowed to offer better services to all workers coming to Zhejiang from afar.

On the same day, the governments of Jinhua and Bazhong hosted a job fair in Bazhong involving 53 Jinhua firms providing nearly 12,000 jobs. Some of the jobs were specially reserved for people from low-income families.
