Luodong village in Xincheng town, Xiuzhou district, Jiaxing, Zhejiang province, celebrated the opening of the Asian Children's Paintings Exhibition and Asian Humanities Art Exhibition on April 9, showcasing a vibrant collection of over 100 paintings by children from eight Asian countries and an additional 50 artworks by 36 artists from 12 nations.

The event also marked the inauguration of the Luodong village Children's Paintings Museum and the Luodong AAmA International Art Center, enhancing Xincheng town's artistic landscape.

Luodong village, renowned for its children's paintings since the 1980s, has maintained a tradition of colorful and imaginative art that reflects the unique perspectives of its young creators.

The exhibition displays over 100 children's paintings from China, Thailand, Mongolia, and other Asian countries, depicting various themes, including landscapes, local customs, family reunions, everyday scenes, imaginative worlds, and children's hopes for the future.

The exhibition also facilitated international collaboration, with Xiuzhou district signing agreements with South Korean and Thai cultural institutions, promoting the global reach of local art.

Chen Chao, principal of the Panxi Education Group, emphasized the importance of such exchanges in nurturing children's artistic appreciation and broadening their horizons.

This event not only celebrated the artistic achievements of the region's children but also contributed to the cultural and educational exchange among Asian countries, supporting the development of a child-friendly city and enhancing Xincheng town's tourism appeal.
