Zhejiang province has unveiled a new action plan aimed at energizing its private economy, announcing 18 targeted measures across five key areas.

The plan sets clear goals for implementation by the end of 2025. Highlights include providing one-stop digital services to over 20,000 enterprises annually, reducing onsite inspections related to market regulation by 20 percent, and forming partnerships between 1,000 large enterprises and 50,000 individual businesses.

The province also aims to provide guidance in all major foreign-related IP disputes.

Zhejiang will streamline market access by enforcing the 2025 edition of the national negative list for market entry, exploring name protection mechanisms for businesses, and enabling full online registration for foreign and regional investors.

To strengthen enterprise capabilities, the province plans to help 5,000 companies adopt advanced quality management systems and launch over 100 quality improvement projects. Reform of the "Zhejiang Made" brand initiative is also underway to enhance its reach and credibility.

On the standards front, Zhejiang will drive innovation in areas like new energy vehicles and key components. The province targets the development of more than 20 new national standards and aims to lead or participate in the revision of at least 10 international standards each year.
