The 2025 Jinhua Mountain Wong Tai Sin Cultural Festival opened in Jinhua on Nov 26, featuring calligraphy and painting works, intangible cultural heritage items, and creative products inspired by Wong Tai Sin culture.

Wong Tai Sin culture, a valued part of China's traditional culture, has long influenced artistic creation. The calligraphy and painting section displayed more than 20 masterpieces from the Song Dynasty (960-1279) to the present, highlighting the theme of Wong Tai Sin and its historical and cultural significance.

Wong Tai Sin legends, recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage, are closely tied to Jinhua's geography, natural scenery, and local history. The exhibition featured 37 intangible cultural heritage works created by local representative inheritors, spanning wood carving, bamboo weaving, paper-cutting, and more than 10 other traditional crafts, combining artistic expression with cultural storytelling.

In addition, visitors explored Wong Tai Sin-themed cultural products from Jinhua Mountain, including fridge magnets, postcards, bracelets, badges, night lights, cushions, and plush toys. These creative items allow Wong Tai Sin culture to enter daily life in tangible and engaging ways.
