Shengzhou's Yueju Opera Town hosted its Intangible Cultural Heritage Town event during the May Day holiday, with traditional performances, specialty cuisine, and creative products inspired by intangible cultural heritage from across China.

The event also featured multiple live performances, including traditional Miao ethnic group dances and fire-spitting folk displays.

Regular performances of intangible cultural heritage and interactive experience projects took place during the day, while in the evening, special Yueju Opera performances were held at the ancient theater stage, along with outdoor concerts and recreational activities.
