The Sanqu Stone Forest scenic area, located in Huibu town, is a highlight of the park. This 4A-rated tourist attraction showcases karst formations dating back 440 million years to the late Ordovician period.

Unlike the mature formations of Yunnan's peak clusters, Sanqu Stone Forest's youthful karst features, including stone buds and grooves, offer a unique charm. The area is naturally cool, with attractions such as a 40-meter-deep sinkhole, vine-covered valleys, and natural caves.
