Six Ningbo brands make 2026 Hurun list

Six Ningbo brands have been included in the Hurun Most Valuable China Brands 2026, highlighting the city's strong manufacturing base and growing brand influence.

Released by the Hurun Research Institute on Aug 24, the 21st edition of the ranking features 502 Chinese brands, with a minimum brand value of 2 billion yuan ($297.47 million). Their combined value reached 8 trillion yuan.

The six Ningbo brands are Bull (No 67), Zeekr (No 189), Fotile (No 246), Bank of Ningbo (No 299), Deli (No 349), and Youngor (No 411), with a combined brand value of 35 billion yuan. With six brands on the list, Ningbo tied for ninth among Chinese cities.

Bull led Ningbo's lineup with a brand value of 18 billion yuan, up 6 billion yuan year-on-year, making it one of the top 10 fastest-growing brands on the list. Zeekr, a premium smart electric vehicle brand, and Youngor made their debut this year.

Fotile, valued at 4 billion yuan, remained among China's leading premium kitchen appliance brands, while Bank of Ningbo, Deli and Youngor further showcased Ningbo's strengths in finance, stationery and apparel.

The ranking underscores Ningbo's robust local brands and a solid foundation in advanced manufacturing.
