Longquan celadon was traditionally famous for bottles, jars, cups, and plates. Today, while preserving classic techniques, it has expanded to include ornaments, coffee ware, and sports medals.

At the Longquan Turenzhai Celadon Culture Communication showroom, a mug series blends young office workers' emotions with celadon. It has become popular and led to affordable mugs, small vases, and pen holders.

Chen Yanbo, with over 20 years of industry experience, said customers now buy mood and expression, not only shape and glaze. The firing craft remains unchanged, but the forms and ways celadon enters daily life have changed.

Longquan Guyou Cultural Creativity's small celadon horse ornament, adorned with coin patterns, a gold ingot, and a leather flower, sold over 40,000 pieces in months, with sales exceeding 5 million yuan ($745,201.55).

Jin Xin, head of the company, said young consumers seek emotional resonance. In the first half of the year, Longquan's celadon industry earned nearly 1.13 billion yuan, continuing to grow.

Other makers are also innovating: Yuci Studio offers roughly 150 original celadon bracelet and necklace designs and plans National Day custom services, while Longquan Xingchen Porcelain targets sports events.

Longquan Wang'ou Taoxichuan Cultural and Creative Block has international studios, an exhibition center and livestreaming bases, gathering over 1,500 new art talents. The platform has attracted over 600 international artists from 40 countries and regions and retains 2,256 works.

Looking ahead, Longquan will deepen clustering, standardization, intelligence, marketization, artisticization, and integration, and continue to focus on creative design, youth talent, and digital platforms.
