The Zhejiang Wuju Opera Troupe from Jinhua, Zhejiang province, has traveled to Minsk and Brest in Belarus, and Ulyanovsk in Russia, performing the classic Three Battles with the White-boned Demon for the 30th "White Tower" International Theater Festival and the 3rd Ulyanovsk "Together" International Family Theater Festival. All four performances sold out and received widespread acclaim.

The opera was staged in Ulyanovsk on Sept 17, where two shows, each with 1,100 seats, were packed, predominantly with young audiences. This marked the first time Zhejiang Wuju Opera Troupe performed in Russia, bringing its reach to a total of 80 countries and regions.

The high-difficulty martial arts scenes, face-changing, and costume transformations of Wuju Opera dazzled overseas audiences, eliciting waves of cheers and amazement. Transcending language barriers, Wuju Opera serves as a bridge to tell Chinese stories to the world.

The tour continues as excitement builds. The next stop is Jinhua's sister city, Krasnodar, Russia.
