"We are encouraging migrant workers, including foreigners, to stay in Shaoxing for the Spring Festival. The party is part of our efforts to make Shaoxing their home away from home," said Zhang Jianping, deputy director of the Sino-Italian Talent and Technology Innovation Center.

More than 20 startup companies founded by foreigners are registered with the innovation center.
