The 2023 Zhejiang Provincial Youth Softball Championship was held at the Quzhou Sports Center from Aug 18 to 20.

The event encompassed five distinct echelons, namely the U8/U10/U12 (softball), and U15/U18 (fast pitch) categories, attracting a record-breaking total of 32 contingents comprising 654 athletes from Zhejiang.

Shangyu district's Dongguan Middle School's Women's Softball Team triumphed in group stage skirmishes and interweaving cross matches. They emerged victorious in the U18 fast pitch category.

Coach Tian Haonan was lauded as the event's top coach. Team member Zhong Yuling earned the dual titles of outstanding pitcher and preeminent athlete. Ding Siyao garnered the accolade of best batter. Xu Jiayi and Pan Chen were acclaimed as paragons of sportsmanship and virtuous deportment.
