1. Steady economic growth

Regional GDP increased by 6.5 percent.

General public budget revenue grew by 2.5 percent.

Per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents rose by 4.8 percent and 5.8 percent, respectively.

Exports reached 360.2 billion yuan ($51.73 billion), accounting for 1.33 percent of the national total.

Total retail sales of consumer goods grew by 4.8 percent, ranking 3rd in Zhejiang province.

2. Industrial innovation breakthroughs

Value-added of industries above designated size increased by 9.6 percent, ranking 2nd in the province.

Added 15 new national-level "Little Giant" specialized and sophisticated enterprises.

137 individuals were selected for national key talent programs.

Output value of the integrated circuit and advanced polymer materials industries reached 90 billion yuan and 110 billion yuan, respectively.

3. Urban-rural development and ecology

The urban-rural income ratio narrowed to 1.61.

Annual average PM2.5 concentration was 27.7 micrograms per cubic meter, with the level of improvement ranking 2nd in the province.

The proportion of Class I-III water in county-controlled and above river sections remained at 100 percent.

New grid-connected photovoltaic capacity reached 1,716 megawatts, and energy storage installed capacity ranked 1st in the province.

4. Improvement of people's livelihood

99,000 new urban jobs were created.

Monthly per capita subsistence allowance standard raised to 1,190 yuan.

Completed aging-friendly home modifications for over 9,000 households.

Public sense of security satisfaction reached 98.4 percent.

1. Economic development

Regional GDP growth target: over 6 percent.

Value-added growth of industries above designated size: over 8 percent.

Growth of core digital economy industries: over 8 percent.

Introduce 350 industrial projects, each with investment exceeding 100 million yuan.

2. Innovation and industry

Raise R&D spending intensity to 3.45 percent of GDP.

Attract and cultivate 150 new provincial-level or higher high-caliber talents.

Add 1,000 new technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises.

Strive to grow the low-altitude economy scale to 20 billion yuan.

3. Opening-up and people's livelihood

Add 500 new enterprises with actual export performance.

Cross-border e-commerce export target: 23 billion yuan.

Create 95,000 new urban jobs.

Build or renovate 85 kilometers of water supply and gas pipelines.

4. Ecology and governance

Maintain 100 percent class I-III water quality in county-controlled and above river sections.

Build a new version of the "Four Good Rural Roads" initiative and create 15 beautiful water villages.

Further develop the "Fengqiao model" to build a higher-level safe and peaceful Shaoxing.
