Sansi qiaoyu, or minced fish soup with sansi – shredded chicken, ham and mushroom – is a traditional dish from Wenzhou city in East China's Zhejiang province.

Qiaoyu, is a typical cooking technique involving hammering the fresh fish into thin pieces with a mallet after mixing the fish with starch.

The fish is then cut into long strips and then quick-boiled with the sansi. The soup is fresh, smooth and has an aromatic flavor.
