Joshua (whose Chinese name is Lu Qiushi) recently became interested in a Wenzhou nursery rhyme called Wanwan as it gives him a feeling of nostalgia.

The Tanzanian student of the computer engineering department of Wenzhou University and a postgraduate-to-be at Beihang University in Beijing, has been living in China for several years.

Upon leaving for the new school, Joshua decided to pay a visit to the rhyme's place of origin– Yishan town in Cangnan county, Wenzhou, and experience the tranquil and relaxing scenes of the rhyme that struck a chord with him.

Let's follow Joshua as he visits the seaside town, exploring the rich local culture and history and witnessing the lives of local residents.
