Meet Wang Luyao, a Chinese women's shooter, who has dedicated 11 years to honing her craft in the air rifle discipline. She was chosen as a representative in the shooting event for the Chinese sports delegation at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Meanwhile, Wang Zihan, a rising star, stands as a member of the Wenzhou Youth Rock Climbing Team, accumulating a collection of well-deserved accolades.

The interview takes an unexpected turn with challenges such as "Can you demonstrate your physical prowess?" and "Can you complete 10 one-handed push-ups?" Amidst these queries, Karate athlete Xiang Jiahao effortlessly breezes through a set of 10 one-handed push-ups.
