As the 15th China International Garden Expo approaches, which will be held from April to July in Wenzhou, Zhejiang province, the host city is buzzing with excitement.

The "Garden Expo Impressions" cultural and commercial district, adjacent to the international garden area of Wenzhou Garden Expo Park, is set to be a key attraction. Spanning 250,000 square meters, it will feature restaurants, cafes, bars, and entertainment venues. With 54 businesses already signed on, the district aims to provide visitors with a seamless experience.

Inside the park, international gardens are making final preparations. Qi Xiaoyun, permanent honorary president of the Thai-Wenzhou Trade Association and head of the Thai Garden in the park, plans to introduce popular Thai street foods like mango sticky rice, hoping to delight visitors with authentic flavors and culture.

Ouhai district, the expo's main venue, will offer a rich blend of gardening and lifestyle experiences. Wutian Old Street will host special events featuring the expo's mascot in traditional settings and will incorporate garden themes into its design.

Cultural experiences will abound with exhibitions at the Qingdeng Stone Carving Museum and traditional papermaking at Zeya scenic area, offering visitors deep cultural immersion.

Sporting events, including dragon boat races at the expo's water areas, will energize the city, while youth-focused activities like the "Youth Shop Growth Plan" will help transform Ouhai into a hub for young creativity and culture.

"We aim for the expo to be a catalyst that activates Ouhai's cultural and tourism resources," said Zhang Yao of the Ouhai district bureau of culture, radio, television, sports, and tourism.
