The 2025 China (Daishan) International Sport Kite Competition will take place from Oct 25 to 26 at Lulan Qingsha Scenic Area on Daishan Island, Zhoushan, East China's Zhejiang province, drawing about 200 athletes from around the world to compete in the island's autumn sea breezes.

This year's event will combine sport, culture, and tourism along the picturesque coast of the East China Sea. Top domestic and international teams will perform dual-line and quad-line formation flying, kite ballet, and aerial duels on one of the longest coastal beaches in the Yangtze River Delta region.

Known as one of China's highest-level kite events, the competition transforms the sky into a stage of motion and color where music, wind, and craftsmanship merge into spectacular displays of aerial artistry.
